In addition, Automobuy has an innovative Finder Tools. These tools are particularly built to make customer’s buying experience much easier and quicker. Therefore, when a customer enters their car manufacturer and model, the required items are displayed with the alternative brands and price choices to choose from.

Order & Invoice
At Automobuy, we go to great lengths to make sure that every product we offer on our site is in stock. However, while these cases are rare, there may be times when we are unable to fill an order due to unanticipated demand for a certain product.
When these instances happen, we issue a refund right away and notify you through email and a phone call. The refund process starts as soon as the problem is determined and will take 2-5 working days for the amount to get credited back to your account.
Yes. There are two ways to save a car to a list of favorites. On your search results list, choose the “Save” button located on the bottom right of each search result. On the car detail page, choose the “Save to Favorites” link to the right of the main photo.
Currently, we accept Cash On Delivery and Bank Transfer for the customers in Kathmandu and Lalitpur. Customers from other cities may require to transfer via bank. However, we shall keep you updated for the new payment methods we are working on.
An order number is the numbers indicated in the confirmation issued by our order processing system once it has received your order. After your order, you may be redirected to your order list page that will show your order status. In case, you did not get redirected to order list page, you can always check your order status in My Order from your Account feature.
Since all validated orders are immediately processed electronically, the possibility of cancelling an order is limited. Cancellation of an order should be made before receipt of the Invoice-Payment voucher, which is sent via e-mail. Only orders that have not yet been confirmed for payment can be cancelled.
All orders placed from Friday after 5PM NPT – Monday 9AM NPT cannot be cancelled as they are processed over the weekend for shipment. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.
Automobuy ensures that all ordered products are delivered correctly. However, rare cases may occur we could face with some errors during the process of dispatch. In case of the item being defective, not as described, missing items, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements. We will only accept authorized returns within 15 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient.
We only accept returns/replacements if the items contain original packaging, without any permanent stains and in unused conditions. Refer to our Returns and Refundable Policy for the non-refundable/non-returnable conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
Most products are delivered by Ground Shipping nationwide. In some cases, deliveries in other cities may require Air Freight Shipping. Ground Shipping is free for most orders over NRs. 5,000 (excluding taxes and surcharges) inside Ring Road of Kathmandu and Lalitpur. However, any additional fees which arises due to shipment destination be paid by customer.
In addition, Automobuy.com also offers same day delivery option, Sunday to Friday (and excluding public holidays), limited only to Kathmandu Metropolitan Areas for the selected items for minimal fee amount.

Yes. Automobuy charges minimal amount for the deliveries – inside Valley, within Ring road, outside Ring road and other cities domestically. The fees may not be charged while you order. However, our representative shall inform the customers before confirming the order.
