a. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • We will only accept authorized returns within 15 calendar days of the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

  • We only accept returns/replacements if the items contain original packaging, without any permanent stains and in unused conditions. (Check the non-refundable/non-returnable condition policies).

  • In case of the item being defective, not as described, missing items, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements.

  • In case where you receive item which is unsatisfactory, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount (for refund). For exchanges, additional delivery charges apply.

  • Refunds are possible only through Cash. Therefore, you can either opt for an exchange or drop by our office at Nayabazar, Kathmandu to get the refund.

The following are each kind of items that does not bare return or refunds of such conditions or situations.

Used terminal, Dropped, Acid Leak, Filled Acid, Permanent paint/scratch/written or any other external marks.

Filters

Oil droplets, Installation/Fitting damage, Testing and Screwing marks, Packaging damage or any additional irremovable stains on packaging and/or product.

Accessories / Spares

Installation/Fitting damage, Packaging damage, Loss/Damage of inclusive items, Irremovable stains on packaging and/or product, Broken Seal where necessary, Dropped or any external permanent marks.

Electrical Parts

Plugged, Unsealed packaging, Defused, Installation/Fitting damage, Irremovable stains on packaging and/or product, Wire cutting or cutting marks.

Brake Parts

Installation/Fitting, Testing, Oil spills, Scratches, Damage/Loss of Inclusive items, Irremovable stains on packaging, irremovable stains of the brake carbons or any other external marks.

 

b. Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving and order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be canceled after receiving an electronic order acceptance.

In addition, all orders placed between Friday after 5PM NPT to Monday 9AM NPT cannot be canceled as they are not processed during the weekend.
